Venue Rules & Expectations

  • Maximum capacity of 80 guests. Only the number of guests listed in your booking is permitted. Exceeding capacity may violate safety codes and will incur extra charges. (Peerspace Policy)
  • Alcohol: Allowed with disclosure and compliance. All attendees consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age, and service must follow local laws. Alcohol may not be sold or served to minors under any circumstances. (Peerspace Policy)
  • Noise & Music: Low background music or acoustic sound is fine at any time. Amplified music or bands must end by 9:00 PM (local noise ordinance). After 9 PM, we ask that noise be kept minimal out of respect for neighbors. (Peerspace Policy)
  • Furniture & Equipment: Feel free to move lightweight items like folding chairs or portable tables if needed, but do not move heavy furniture or built-ins. Any rearranged furniture must be returned to its original place before you leave. (Peerspace Support)
  • Outdoor Areas: You may use the patio/garden during daytime hours, but loud activity outdoors must end by 9:00 PM. Please keep noise down outdoors at all times. No tents or fireworks are allowed without prior approval.
  • Decorations & Signage: Use only non-damaging décor. You may affix lightweight signs or decorations with painter’s tape or poster putty, no nails or staples. Glitter, confetti, rice, sparklers, fog machines, and other small particulates are not permitted. All décor and signage must be removed before the end of your booking. (Timbers Edge Policy)
  • Trash Removal: Guests should gather all trash in bags and leave it in the designated bins outside. While basic tidying up is appreciated, professional cleaning is provided by LuxRentalz. Our cleaning fee covers normal cleanup; we do not expect you to sweep or do full housekeeping. (Peerspace Support)
  • Children: Children under 18 are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times. They should not play unsupervised in the kitchen or near edges/stairs. (Timbers Edge Policy)
  • Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may incur a cleaning fee. Please keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
  • Smoking/Flames: Smoking and open flames are not allowed indoors. Battery-operated candles are permitted; real candles must be in holders and monitored at all times.
